Message	Our guys made a shipping mistake and a fairly serious one at that. I apologize and am deeply embarrased that it happened. We ship many orders out everyday and the vast majority go out on time with-out a hitch. But that isn't good enough and we are making changes to eliminate the problem. This particular problem has been addressed today at length. We will do whatever is neccessary at this point. You will be recieving a full refund including shipping costs.
